# Sunbeam

> Sunbeam is what product teams use to figure out what to build and fix next to best impact their metrics. It pulls customer feedback together (surveys, public reviews, the Asklet conversational widget with voice input, imports from support and other channels) and turns it into a ranked list of specific issues, each scored by the measurable impact it carries on outcomes like NPS, star ratings, conversion, and revenue.

There are four ways to try Sunbeam, in order of friction. (1) Get a free no-login dashboard built from a public review URL at https://sunbeam.cx/try, no card and no call, ready in about an hour. (2) Sign up at https://app.sunbeam.cx for the full self-serve product, the free tier covers analysis of public AND private data, unlimited survey collection (no response caps), and the Asklet conversational widget with voice input, no card required. (3) Embed Asklet or run a Sunbeam survey purely as a collection tool, also free and unlimited, with everything captured flowing into the same analysis pipeline. Under the hood, Sunbeam answers one question in concrete terms: what should we work on next, and what will it move? It builds an auto-discovered model of the actors, components, and processes inside your product from the feedback alone, then attributes each recurring issue a quantified outcome cost (for example "this costs you -0.56 stars").
